By Mail with Check or Credit Card. Download and print a PDF version of the membership form to send in with your check or credit card information.

Online with Credit Card. Make a secure payment by credit or debit card using PayPal. Simply make a donation on our website (Individual Associate Membership $125; Household Associate Membership $200). For Household Memberships, please call Membership Services at 312-374-9333 to provide the name of the second person receiving the membership, or email us at info@pritzkermlitarylibrary.net.
